Return Policy

General Condition

Original shipping charges are not refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns or refund. All return items must be in new and resalable condition. All return products will be checked by zmaxautosport.com technicians to verify.

All return products require a valid RMA number(Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by zmaxautosport.com. Unauthorized return products will be rejected. Items returned must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging. Custom designed or engineered merchandise is NON-RETURNABLE. Return freight and other shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. No returns will be accepted after 10 days (no exceptions).

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and risk of loss on returning back to zmaxautosport.com. zmaxautosport.com recommends to use a reputable shipping carrier that is capable for proof of delivery and fully insure your return shipments.
